Our experience here was really lovely. Everything was great, perfect location next to great restaurants, the staff were polite. The room was bright, had an exceptionally comfortable bed.

All very good: staff and location. The hotel was located in the middle of Bilbao. Walking distance to Arriaga and other tourist attractions. The restaurant was great, I ordered awesome dishes.

Sophisticated, spotless place and pedestrian area. I got free upgrade and loved it. There were shops and a market around the hotel. Early check-in, late check-out. Besides, parking was available nearby...

Spotlessly clean room, FRIENDLY staff and a comfy bed. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. We went to victor montes restaurante, located easy walk to the hotel, to have some dinner. WiFi worked.
